Festival International introduces the Festival Pass

Lafayette, LA – Festival International de Louisiane is proud to introduce the new Festival Passes. While the festival will continue to remain free to the public, the Festival Pass is a program offered for those who wish to elevate their Festival experience. The Festival Pass was announced at Thursday’s fundraiser, La Fete du Festival.

“We’re excited for these changes. It ensures that festival continues to grow and stays strong for many years to come.” Says, Tucker Sappington, President of the Board of Directors.

Over the summer, Festival International put out a short survey to Festival lovers, asking for feedback on improving Festival. The organization received over 1000 responses in under 48 hours, far surpassing expectations. Among the most popular concerns were access to clean, private restrooms and shorter drink lines. In response to public feedback, Festival International has developed three levels of passes, offering an option for any budget.

It was fantastic to hear honest feedback from Festival goers and, frankly, a lot of fun creating the passes. The board and staff are so creative which is how new areas like The Rooftop on the top floor of the parking garage were dreamed up. I’m so excited for their debut! Says, Missy Paschke-Wood, Executive Director.
