  • Yes! We are back in downtown Lafayette live and in-person again as of 2021.

  • COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. There is an inherent and elevated risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any public place or place where people are present and there is no guarantee, express or implied, that those attending the festival will not be exposed to COVID-19

  • Festival now operates with a cashless payment system using RFID wristbands. This means you will use a digital wallet (your wristband) for all Festival food, beverages and Festival merchandise. Load your wristbands up with funds via our Festival app OR in person at Festival at a Wristband Registration tent.

    *Art vendors accept cards and cash. They do not operate with our RFID wristbands.

  • It’s easy! Pick your shift(s) and register here.

  • Yes! Festival does not charge an entry fee, thanks to our loyal supporters, sponsors and community!

    All merchandise purchases (pins, posters, etc. from our merch tents) are ways to help us keep Festival International free.

  • Sorry, we love dogs but they are not allowed downtown during Festival. This is to protect your pet and our patrons. Thanks for your understanding.

  • Ice chests and tents are not allowed at Festival International.

    Lawn Chairs, blankets, wagons, and handheld umbrellas are allowed. We do ask patrons to be mindful of the limited space and large crowds where some of these items will be difficult to maintain.

  • Festival Passes will be for sale February 1st at 10am. We did sell out in 2023, so be sure to grab yours early.

  • Pass purchases are a great way to support our non profit and to help us keep Festival free. The passes get you BIG perks like up close views of music, private restrooms and more.

  • There are many ways to show Festival support! If you love Festival, please consider donating to help secure the event's future. Click HERE to see all the different ways to support as an individual donor or as a sponsor.

    All Festival merchandise (pins, posters, apparel, etc.) and Festival beverage purchases at the event are also support opportunities.

  • Band applications are accepted on our website here between May 15 - August 15 each year.

  • Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor! Applications for the 2023 Festival will be available on our website October 1st and the deadline to apply is always December 1st.

    Check back, in October, for more information about Festival 2023.

  • If you use a credit or debit card, you will ONLY be charged for what you purchase. No more top-ups or refunds needed!

    If you use cash onsite, simply fill out the refund form that will be on our RFID page within 30 days after Festival is over. We will process these requests weekly and send the money directly to your bank account.

  • We provide handicap accessible restrooms and viewing areas at multiple stages.

  • Parking downtown during Festival gets difficult. UL does offer a paid parking lot and our free Festival shuttle can transport you from the UL lot to downtown. Learn more here.
