Who has Festival Punch and FIL Merch around town?

Legends locations: (Bertrand , Johnston , Pinhook, Verot, E Broussard, Downtown)

The flags available at these stops are the Virtual Only, others can be ordered online.

*Punch & Merch will be available starting the weekend before Virtual Festival.

How do I get Festival merchandise?

We have pick up options and shipping available at checkout for most items, but please read descriptions as a few pieces of merch are pre-order only and will be shipped out in May.

Fest-In-A-Box (limited quantity)

  • Purchase online (to be shipped or picked up from Hub City Sports)
  • Can be purchased from:

  • Shipping will stay up as an option as long as possible. They will rush shipments out until Wednesday of Festival week (April 21st). After that, it will be normal shipping.
  • Can ship to APO addresses but will take about a month to get there
  • Cannot combine orders to save on shipping
  • All online orders of shirts, pins, posters and flags are shipments only

Who do I contact for questions, or issues, with checkout, or any other specific merchandise questions?

How do I get my 5k race packet?

The Virtual 5K packet pickup date & location has been changed to April 23rd from 9 AM - 1 PM at the Festival International Office downtown. (315 Lee Ave).

This year, your packet will only consist of the 2021 5K shirt, as bibs are downloadable from the race sign up page. To download/print your custom race bib (you must be logged in) go to your account HERE.

Scroll down to Upcoming Events, then click link for VIEW DIGITAL BIB. Anyone that doesn’t pick up on their packet on April 23rd will have their packet shipped OR if they signed up AFTER Monday, April 19th, packet will be shipped.

Virtual Marché is open from 7am Friday, April 23rd - 11pm, April 25th. For more information, click HERE.

How do I apply to be a Performing Artist?

Band applications are accepted via our website between May 15 - August 15 each year. Information will be available on our website HERE.

How do I become a vendor (Arts & Crafts and Food) at Festival?

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor! Applications for the 2022 Festival will be available on our website September 1st and the deadline to apply is always December 1st. Check back, in September, for more information HERE.
